Our mystery shoppers can make on-site visits and analyze the following type of information: 

• Monitor staff representative’s performance, including knowledge, enthusiasm, professionalism and overall experience
• Determine whether compliance and ethical protocols are being met
• Evaluate facilities including building, parking lot, lobby, offices, etc.
• Track follow-up communications, including email, phone and U.S. mail
